I can confirm recipt of this refund.

However, I have no problem of your bereavement, and i made this very clear, what I had a problem was you making promises "I'll have it to you by next weekend" on two occasions, very infrequent communication, which made me very suspicious since I had made an upfront payment to you in good faith.

I suggest in the future if you are serious about providing a copywritting service, you have proper procedures in place and do not make promises you cannot keep.

I gave you the benefit of the doubt on two occasions, on my part I have done no wrong.

We all have business to run...
