That's so true what Ardesco says. I get Virgin through my BT line and when it works it works fine, but if ever anything goes wrong with the BT line that affects your broadband it turns into a nightmare, mainly because BT will only speak to the service provider. So the only person who's interested in getting it fixed quickly is left totally out of the loop. One (Virgin in my case) fobs you off for a week and the other - BT - only says "we can't talk to you". I almost changed to BT broadband when this happened...interesting to know you've had probs. with them...
