Hi

I maybe wrong, if you live in England and work in England, you pay your taxes in England, I cant see a problem with you invoicing a French client in any different way that you would invoice a British client.

I think its more the way that they are going to pay you, and whether you are invoicing in Euros or Sterling.

How are they going to pay, by transfer or by cheque, if Euro cheque, could be charges at the bank for this to clear

I work through Challenge and Co, because I live in France.

You could try contacting them, as they will know. But I cant see a problem if you live in England to just invoice them, not sure on the VAT side of things though.
