Wish I'd found this thread sooner!
Not sure if anyone's still looking, but I too have found Goodprint to use very good quality card, but their printing quality is a bit lacking.
I was recommended
ultimatebusinesscards.co.uk by a friend, and couldn't be happier. The card itself is as good as Goodprint if not a bit better, and the printing is far superior. Plus they do all the design work for you (which most don't). Worth a shot.
