I don't use autocad or proe but depending on what you would like to have done the combination of solidworks and 3ds max which I use may cover your requirements. Sure you really need AutoCad or ProE? I can do that in Lightwave3d and export to any format you like from Polytrans..........

I can provide 3D model in Autodesk Mechanical Desktop, Autodesk Inventor or ProE.
