Hi
I have launched my blog - its quite beefy with 40+ posts already and its about a very heavy subject - information security and ISO 27001. That's the computer security equivalent of ISO 9001. Man, what a yawn but some people are interested in these things. I presume you guys might be creative and wondered if anyone has any advice on what looks good about it and what doesn't. thanks in advance. PS I didnt' mean to give myself this ridicuous name ("Secure Data Destruction) but now I can't change it! |

I started my blog, The Copywriter's Crucible, way back in 2006 as a way to boost my website's ranking in Google, to network with other copywriters and to improve the 'stickiness' of my website.
Whilst it can be time consuming finding something new to talk about every week, I now see my blog as a vital part of my marketing. In fact, my blog became so central to my personal branding that I renamed my business after it: www.copywriterscrucible.com |

I'm just evesdropping in your section (I'm a designer and illustrator)
But just thought I'd pipe up, as I've just set up my own blog too. And am quite excitied about the idea. It's mostly to promote a children's book I'm writing and producing images for as well, but also work that I'm producing that doesn't fit in directly under my designer and illustrator hats. Pingsweeties I'm hoping the publishers will be beating down my door any day nowWhat do you mean it doesn't work like that! alison pingsweetie
