hello, I have been asked about doing a comic strip for my local paper, and the editor has asked me how much I would do it for. It is going to be a weekly 3 frame strip to begin with, and I wondered if anyone has any advice on how much i should ask for doing it?

Ask them how much they are offering first.

i would say the best thing to do is go to the 'aoi' website and check their pricing structure for this type of work. Otherwise you might find yourself undercharging. I did this myself.
