Help! How much should I charge?

Hello. I have recently been offered freelance Broadcast Journalist work for a large Radio Group. Previously, I have worked in full time employ but have been out of the mix for a while!

Now, I am aware that I need to get my business head on but have no real idea of how much I should charge? I have looked at the guidelines, but if there is anyone out there who can give me a rough ball park figure for a full 40 hour week, plus 10 live broadcasts per day.

I would be very grateful for any advice!
