I have seven years of experience in operational excellence, production planning, and analytical and problem-solving skills in the automotive manufacturing industry. A particular area of expertise is the implementation of Kaizen philosophy and six sigma approach in the workplace in order to reduce the rate of non-value-added activities, minimize operations cost and to enhance the quality of services and products. Recently, have accomplished an Executive MBA course at Kingston University and have been conferred the award with distinction.
I have played significant roles in implementing Lean Six Sigma projects, which have improved the operations in three different factories and fulfilled the relevant business objectives. The aim of the first project was to enhance the production capacity in a furniture manufacturing company in order to enable them to meet the annual market demands. As a result of executing Six Sigma and Kaizen approaches, the production has increased by 56% by the end of the year, providing the company with $ 494,646 financial benefit. The second project embraced Six Sigma practice to reduce the end-to-end delivery time in a car service company. This project had delivered 80% reduction in the median time per car service operation as well as a 14% increase in Net Promoter Score. The third project has been carried out in a nail factory using Six Sigma, FMEA, and OEE in order to improve the machinery performance and increase the rate of value-added activities. The financial benefit that has been achieved by the end of the year was $ 354,473.
