Smile No Fancy Website, But Hey

Hi,

I'm a very enthusiastic hobby photographer spending more and more time and money on my passion. The question is, am I any good?

I don't have a spancy website, but I'd be happy for any tips or feedback I can get. Can anyone see potential in there for taking it to the next level?

Torstein's Photography (not many photos yet, but more to come)

Thanks,
Torstein

Hi Torstein, I'm new to this site myself but I have been professtional for about 2 to 3 years now.
I had a look at your site and there are some good shots, like the BP one.
There are also some not so good, they were underexposed and a little dark.
If you would like a more professional site then try [u]www.clickpic.com[u]
If you want check out my site, www.cozmicphotos.com you don't need any web building software and its very simple to use.
If you want to sell you work take a look at some of the stock sites, Alamy.com photoselter.com. Or try the microsites, you'll not make much money with micro sites (micro stie micro money) but the forums are quite good. Try istockphotos.com they are quite frindly. If they axcept you the after you ahve sold ex amount of images you get invited to Getty images, they like Alamy you'll make real chash for you images.
Hope that was of some use
Merry Christmas.
Nathan
PS do you live near Hull, I did a few years ago, now live in Berlin.

Thanks for your feedback Nathan. When you say you like the BP picture, which one are you referring to? Which ones did you especially not like?

PS: I live in Leeds, have been to Hull on some photo excursions.

Merry X-Mas to you too!

I agree, some of your photos ARE really nice, but then others are slightly underexposed.

Your website isnt all bad...although I you know where you need to come if you want something a little more snazzy
