I used Clickpic for my website......provides you with all you need really - you just choose your style, colours, etc and upload your photos....really easy to use.....not too badly priced depending on how many photos you want to put on there....starts at £35 a year........

If you want a free website, that allows you to write posts, upload images etc.. then id go for blogger. Unless you have previous website design experience, or you want something customized then the blogger option is a good starting point.

There are others yahoo geocities etc.. but bloggers pretty easy to get started with
