Anyone have any constructive critisism of my work-also praise would be nice lol

Also if anyone thinks my work is good enough to offer me work then im all ears-will work as assistant or second shooter for cheap-also events photography

You need to remove the red eye on some of those shots and also forget the photoshop effects.

Keep it natural.
