Help with Copyright for Adult Film Shoot - Freelance UK Forums

Hi
I have agreed to do a 3day shoot, paid £130 pd for adult film series.
I spoke to the director about license and copyright and also that I would need to know in which medium and form the images would be used. I also reminded him that I would remain the copyright over the images at all times and that we would need to put this in writing.
He now told me that 30 images would be given to the company who owe the complete copyright and that he could not tell me for which exact purposes images would be used (probably dvd, online, magazine).

He said that the other photographs that are not used by them I could use but he wants half of the copyright over those as well.

I really want to do the shoot and it starts tomorrow! however I find the whole arrangement really dofgyl.

Any advice?

Hi Alex I have just registered here today. What was the outcome of this? I have a friend who experienced a simmular problem so dropped out at the last minute.
