I thought it might be useful for members to share experience of software tools and resources that they find of particular use in their activities or workflow. I'll get the ball rolling and recommend a free tool, Faststone Image Viewer and Faststone Photo Resizer. It's intuitive and simple to use for cropping and adjusting levels if required, and then printing. The full screen function with the toolbars hidden at the sides works well. Clearly it's no replacement for Photoshop and Capture One 4 that I use for adjusting and processsing RAW files into TIFF and JPEGs but it's great for use on an old laptop on location etc.
