Default Online/Brochure usage

I have been comissioned to work with a sports agency who want some pictures of horse trainers facilities and horses. I have given them my daily rate for the shoot and the post, but I am struggling to quote them on how much it will cost for things like copyright royalities. I know that they want to use about 8- 10 pictures for example in a print brochure and then some more stock stuff for the website. How would I go about charging them for these usages? Should I make a package say of a number of photos that they can have and then say a blanket charge for those? Or per picture in each case? Any help would be very appreciated, thanks!
