Default Freelance legal break/lunch entitlements
Does anyone know the law on Freelance legal break/lunch entitlements?
For example: Must the employer allow time for the freelancer to have a paid lunchbreak when working an 8 to 12 hour shift when paid a set amount for the shift? (ie.freelance press photographer) Any sound legal knowledge much appriecated - Snapper.
