I personally would not PM this guy. How can you guarantee a listing in Google? Having seen many of these guys operate I know how much pain they can cause businesses with quick fixes which often go against Google guidelines and end up getting sites banned.

Anyone involved with SEO knows there are no guarantees! White Hat techniques add true value to your website and that is where the cost is, you should only pay for work that you can see. The rewards of higher rankings are a result of the extra value you have created. NO GUARENTEES.

I agree with you both however I hate hearing “white hat”, “black hat”, there’s only ethical and unethical, but this is just my opinion.
