I am a freelance account handler. I have heard you are limited to just 13 weeks work in-house at an agency in any one financial year.

Is there any truth in this? Has anyone heard different or know where to get confirmation?

In other words, can I extend my contract to more than 13 weeks as a self employed person?

ask the Inland Revenue or HM whatever they are called now
