1000 tons of congealed fat anyone?

Thought I would share this story for anyone working on a particularly dull or thankless task today.

    It could be worse:

Workers are currently undertaking a stomach-churning task beneath London's Leicester Square. They are removing 1000 tons of congealed fat (enough to fill nine double deckers) from the sewers. A team of "flushers" is using shovels to dig out the horror blocking the pipes.

Reminds me of The Worst Jobs in History presented by Tony Robinson. Not something I'd want to be doing. I wonder what they're going to do with all that fat! :sick
