A new freelancer seeking opportunities

Hi,
I have decided to stop doing 9-5 job, and to move to the stage of a self-employed. My area of expertise is in operations improvement, reducing the operations cost and quality variation in the business process using six sigma and lean manufacturing philosophy. I have implemented a number of continuous improvement projects in the past where I built my experience. I want your advice on where I have to start from and what are the core steps that I must pursue.
