About adding T/A into Dreamweaver CS3?

How can a "page transition affect" be created in Dreamweaver CS3?

How Do you create the website so the each individual page will fade into another page,or just smoothly blend into one another?

I'm not too familiar with Dreamwaver CS3. I always used Javascript to do things like that (which is rare). However, I checked Adobe's site and came upon this link: Dreamweaver CS3
Try that first and see if it works.
