Hi guys, new to the forum.

Im 23 and been a mac operator/artworker/typesetter since I was 16. I recently moved to quite a bit company where I have learnt a lot and skills which has started me thinking of going freelance.

I can do a lot of amending artwork, creating pdf proofs, recreating artwork, a little bit of designing.

On to my questions.

Is there any market for a freelance mac operator in the UK without too much design experience.

How do you go about finding clients that need mac operators? I have searched on google and not too much info on there that I can find

I would ideally like to go freelance but still work where I am at first so I can still feed my family!

I've been told by someone who does freelance graphic design that he found a couple of agencies but where do you find the right agencies that need an artworker?

Any other advice would be greatly appreciated.
