Best way to amend color codes in multiple docs across Adobe CS

Fellow creatives and graphic designers,

Yesterday my client decided on changing two of the four colors that make up her business identity. Which of course means that I have to adjust all the current documents across the entire Adobe CS platform (Indesign, Illustrator and Photoshop).

Instead of adjusting the documents one by one, is there a smarter/better way to do it? A short cut so to speak?
