I'm currently choosing between WordPress and Drupal for a client's blog and want to embed it in the home page of their website.

Have you embedded a blog from either in a straight-up XHTML page? In your experience, which is easier to implement? Which is more flexible?

If you have any nominees in addition to WordPress and Drupal that I should consider, please let me know.

    Thanks.

Why not port the existing site into the CMS you choose and use it for the whole thing, rather than just the blog? That way you're not having to faff about trying to embed anything, and if changes to text on the regular site are ever needed the client can do it easily themselves?

WordPress is your best bet, anyway. It's easier to learn as a rule (both for you and the client) and more suited for simple small sites than Drupal.

Same here i would be agreeing with what Michelle had to say. I also think Wordpress in quite better than use of other CMS such as Joomla, Drupal, Magento, etc....
