Can freelance worker protect themselves if they must hire other freelance worker by the agreement?

If sounds very stupid question but would like to know. I am thinking to hire other professionals (freelance worker) and want to sign off NDA and freelancer agreement with them. If I do, can I protect myself legally?

Of course, u can protect yourself, you simply don't have to open all the details but only the necessary ones that the hired worker must know.
