Looks good. I'm a fan of clean-looking sites like this. All very clear, easy to navigate, and the images will give the visitor an even more instant idea of what the website is about. If I were to nit-pick, I'd possibly be tempted to make the top row of links slightly deeper, and shrink the top logo so it doesn't stretch beyond the row of links. Or on second thoughts maybe just making the logo slightly smaller would do it.
I have to say...design wise it is poor. But then I dont know what the client asked for. At first, I thought it was just a .pdf file. A few seconds later I realised it was just the .index.html page of a 4 page website - which the actual tempalte/layout is really nice and works well. By graphics, what do you mean? I think you should atleast add a slight grey fade to the white background (vertically) and a horizontal fade going outwards from the white page on the grey "outer" background. Hope this doesnt sound too harsh - just my ten penneth. Phil Johns
