Cost effective options for media distribution & monitoring?

Hi,

Does anyone have any cost effective options for media distribution of press releases with a media database and monitoring service? I'm in the process of setting up on my own and have found the cost to be really high for the above so maybe I'm looking in the wrong places - any help is much appreciated.

Well i think online marketing is the best way to achieve cost effective options for media distribution and monitoring.

 

Social Media networking sites and free press release sites are good options for press release distribution as you can find more people to get notice of your media campaign. Further, hiring a content/article/blog writer could be beneficial as you can post informative contents regarding your or your clients business on different blog/newspaper/social groups etc.
