When I work in-house for Ad agencies as a designer, should I charge extra on top of my daily rate if I use my own laptop and my Adobe CC? Any suggestions are welcome! thanks for reading.

If you are working as a freelancer or independent contractor, it's essential to outline the terms of your services in a written agreement or contract with your clients. This agreement should specify whether you charge extra for using your own equipment and software.

Some companies have policies that specifically prohibit employees from using their own equipment for work. Others may have more relaxed policies that allow employees to use their own equipment, but only if they agree to certain terms and conditions. If you're not sure what your company's policy is, it's always best to check with your manager.
