Does anyone like podcasts?

    Forget dance music :p

The podcast This American Life never ceases to amaze me, providing endless knowledge and laughs, but does anyone else listen to podcasts, this one or others? If so, what ones do you like?

When the (free) podcast of TAL isn't available, normally on Mondays, I feel betrayed and lost, such is the value it adds! To my mind, it is one of the best free services around - I've even donated to help support it!

    Other podcasts I listen to:
On The Media (You NEED to listen to this if you work in/with the media)
Across the Sound, the new marketing podcast, (Now known as Jaffe Juice; when it's available - come on Joseph stop being a pod-fader!)
    Small Biz Pod
    MSNBC Rachel Maddow show
NPR Wait Wait Don't Tell Me
BBC From Our Own Correspondent/Documentaries/The Interview
    FT - Listen to Lucy
    Centre for Democracy

As you can tell from the list, I do like my US podcasters. Anyone else think that they're ahead of the Brits in terms of making this relatively new medium a rich, seamless, valuable and addictive experience?! Do hope someone will chip in their 2ps worth :)

So pple, what other podcasts do the congregation listen to!? I thought you creatives would be bombarding me with recommendations :frown2

Meet the Press is also very good, esp the latest!
(Greenspan, Romney and Mad Money Mike et al)

Some are good, but only if the host and subject must be really interesting to you, and - they are made in professional studio.

I love Radio 4's Friday Night Comedy, particularly The News Quiz. It's hilarious.

Definitely enjoy some podcasts, great to listen to those on the commute or when I´m running. Mark Kermode and Simon Mayo's Film Reviews are one of my favourites, always enjoy listening to those. :)

Not sure if anyone is still following this thread but the podcast I really love - haven't missed an episode so far - is Night Vale Radio. I definitely recommend it for the fans of the absurd.

I love podcasts! Especially when I drive longer distances or just doing something monotonous. What I like the most about it that you can chill and learn something new at the same time.
