Hi

I am currently a full-time employed web designer/developer and have had few people asking if I can do work for them as a freelancer.

I want to do this for the extra cash but need advice on how I can set myself up to do this legally... do I need to register as a comany/sole-trader?? what do I need to do in terms of contracts/legal advice?? what else do i have to deal with??

All advice is welcome. Many thanks
