    Hi

I am currently a full-time employed web designer/developer and have had few people asking if I can do work for them as a freelancer.

I want to do this for the extra cash but need advice on how I can set myself up to do this legally... do I need to register as a comany/sole-trader?? what do I need to do in terms of contracts/legal advice?? what else do i have to deal with??

All advice is welcome. Many thanks

here's a great link I'm currently using to get started up

    Business Link for London

Although they are a London based site their advice seems really thorough.. especially the legal stuff there's loads of downloadable PDF's and stuff on there.

All you have to do is sign up and as of yet I've not had spam off them :)

There is loads of stuff on here too if you look hard enough :)

    Em x
