    Hi Everyone

I may have a weird one for you. A few weeks back I applied for a part time graphic designer position. I thought the employer was not interested but she just has contacted me again about possibly doing some freelance work and providing her with a rate card. this is different to what I had in mind. However I don't mind as I need to to work around my daughter but I am not sure where to start. can anyone advise on how to respond to such a request. how to charge and some tips would help a lot. I have experience across the board but I need to package a portfolio quickly and I want it to feel professional.
Thank you for any tips and info you can share with me. I am not in competition with anyone so no hidden agenda.
