Funding for freelance business

Hi All,

my last thread/question had absolutely no replies but I am still optimistic.

Does anybody know of any funding/grants/loan sources available to start/set-up a new freelance design business. For basic equipment and the like?

Sorry, I don't know of any design-specific grants and loans. Someone on the design board may be able to help with that though.

Have you tried your local Business Link or the Business Link website? I think they have information about funding in local areas. I haven't tried this so I'm not sure how good the service is though.

Not sure of your personal circumstances but you could also try The Prince's Trust
