Help regarding devising a creative concept

    Hello all

I am a freelance copywriter with 8 years' experience and I've recently received a brief from a new client. I was wondering if anyone could give me some advice, as the work includes some conceptual elements, which I'm new to.

Basically, the client wants me to create a full email campaign with a message being delivered to existing bank account holders. The message needs to encourage these people to bring their accounts with other banks to my client.

They've also asked me to suggest ways that the concept could be used in Direct Marketing materials and other 'online elements'. This part stumps me a little.

Does anyone have any advice/wisdom/ideas that may help me become the conceptual copywriter they need?

    Thanks in advance

Hi, other 'online elements' could mean the social networking element such as twitter, facebook etc updates, maybe a LinkedIn account.

Best thing is to just ask them straight exactly what they mean so there is no confusion, clients are meant to boggle the mind...

    Good luck anyhows
