How do I make a ringtone website?

Damorejordane would like to say hello to all of you, glad to have your interest in this topic. In this article I would like to receive your help on how to create a website. I have collected thousands of unique sounds on the tonuri de apel, and I am creating those sounds blended together to create a unique ringtone. Important now I want to create my own ringtone website to serve you, support for all phone lines. We hope to receive help, thank you.

 

Use new tracks as ringtones. I think it would be more appropriate

 

I am still finding a solution.

 

1. Any finished scripts/software out there that can be used for this? Preferably open source/php that can be modified. I guess the ringtones are stored into a database and then retrieved from there?

2. Where to get all the ringtones? I'm not going to create them myself. Some kind of licenser?

3. Some kind of SMS service in USA? Customer sends SMS to website, who sends back the ringtone to the cellular.
