    Hi, community!

I have a small online business and my number of clients continue to grow, so I want to manage them. I want to know what products I've sold to each client, what a problem I had with client, some other data...

So I wander how other people manage their clients. Maybe there are some programs that you use, or something else?

P.S. Excel is not the answer that I'm looking for ...

You need a CRM system (Client Relationship Management) - have a look at SugarCRM:
Open Source | SugarCRM - Commercial Open Source CRM

This version is free if you can hack hosting it on a local PC somewhere...

Used to use ACT! quite a bit as well, for an owner managed business it is great. Licence fee is not expensive IMO.

You are right when you say Excel is not enough - a product like this will make complete sense to you!

Probably the sort of thing I could do with too. Anyone know of any suitable Mac-compatible software or is it really in my best interests to fire up the PC? *shudder*
