Does anyone know registrars charge a fee to hide domain owner's personal information? Because I have domains at two registrars. I just checked. This feature is paid. But why?

It's inexpensive, but I'm wondering why this is a paid feature. After all, it used to be free.

What domains are we talking about? Sometimes it is paid, but certainly not for all domain zones. For example, for all TLDs domains I use it's free. I take this opportunity at the https://pananames.com/ registrar. If your registrar charges a fee for this, maybe you need to transfer domains to another registrar?

I gave you my advice. It is a reliable and proven registrar. Everything is clear there and he doesn't hide anything from clients.

Yes, you can hide domain ownership information. Use the "private registration"
services to hide your information and then check on WHOIS. If your registration
is now private, it means your information is hidden now.

Hey! The domain name should be easy to pronounce, understandable, short, brand or company specific. Therefore, I used the domain registrar https://www.nominus.com/en/dm/domain-search, with which I did everything very quickly.
