    I would recommend Basecamp as we've used it for a number of collaborative projects. The guys behind it produced a book called Rework which is pretty good too.

    Basecamp is great for getting clients to sign off or make edits to work.
    Just make sure you have a process that's agreed and strictly adhered to before you start. Otherwise you'll be editing documents forever.
