    Hi there,
I'm registered as self employed since last month and I'm quite confused about IR35 and contracts. I'm an IT technical consultant and I mostly develop web applications, but sometimes my clients require my skills to set up their servers and have advice on site (some of them are in other EU countries).

    1. I had a look on the following websites:
I'm not a lawyer and I need to make a contract in order to protect my business from both, clients and IR35
Could anyone help me to find a good, possible free, contract tamplate for IT technical consultants? Any answer will be appreciate, but consider that in some cases I will need to translate it in the client's country language.

    2. You should ensure there is a clause in the contract allowing you to send a substitute if you are unable or unwilling to work at any time.
 I don't know anybody yet who is able to undertake my role. I'm a self employed, I haven't got a staff in stand-by for my orders. So even if I know a person who has got the right skills to bring forward the web project, it doesn't mean that he would be free. How can I manage it?

    Thanks in advance.
