Hello guys, I was wondering what do you do if you need IT Support for your freelance business? Would you outsource help?
Hello Natasha, Thank you for your Q. I guess it would depend on the size of your business and if it was within your range to actually outsource that sort of help?
Hi Natasha (and everyone else! ) Perhaps you and the good people of this forum could help me on this question? We are a Managed Services Provider to companies, and are looking to provide a package for freelancers/homeworkers/startups as they seem to be ignored by mainstream IT, but are not sure what would suit the needs of this type of business. What are you looking for? It seems you are caught between working the problem out yourself, responding to a local advert for a break-fix engineer or getting help from friends? None of these provide any real proactive protection, especially when your whole business can be reliant on a single laptop/PC. Many people in this work situation came from larger companies where this was taken care of in the background, We would love to be able to bring the enterprise grade tools at our disposal to help the solo entrepreneur/small business.. Natasha, sorry to jump in like this, but I think the question is relevant to others here. Please feel free to contact me directly to discuss what you are looking for, and hopefully we can find a solution to the wider community. Please put any suggestions in this forum to be discussed by the wider community. I hope we can help!
