I have been asked to find some locations for a product shoot. I am checking the OS maps for 'public access' areas with reasonable road access. What legal requirements do I need to consider such as contacting police etc.
The photographer owns all creative rights to the photograph. The legal requirments hugely depend on specific country laws, laws of the country where are services you sell images at are based, and intended purpose. The editorial purpose is usually less restrictive.
