They merely get the privilege of being published by you? Which is really you just getting content for free. I did so many thankless years of writing for free. Never again.
Yes the Email is your Signature on the World Wide Web and it needs to be professional and reliable to make an impression. Would like to know what exactly is the takeaway for people sending you articles to be posted on your website ? Would you be linking back to the author's personal Blog/website and are there any monetary gains. I am sure quality content does not come free today.
