    Hi!

I have a PDF which I'd like to insert website hyperlinks. This is fine with Acrobat Professional but unfortunately I only have Reader.

I was wondering if there were any other PDF software capable of such a task for Mac, preferably much cheaper than Acrobat Pro or free?

    Many thanks for any help

    Hi Mike,

Do you have pages on the mac. Even textedit will do. All you need to do is add/insert a link in the text editor of your choice and choose 'Print' in the file menu for the app. You will get the dialog to print and all you need to do is 'save to pdf' at the bottom right of this window. It will add in any hyperlinks you have inserted into the text doc. ALL FOR FREE :)

Many thanks for the reply mj67890.

Unfortunately I didn't make myself entirely clear within my original post :embarassed :embarassed :embarassed Sorry!

I understand text based hyperlinks carry through upon PDF generation among many applications, but in this instance I wish to "select" a graphic to act as a hyperlink. For example, the following image:

Normally, I could simply "draw" an invisible box around the image in Acrobat or Acrobat Pro and say on mouseover this acts as a hyperlink (within the document or to an external website), but as I no longer have access to Acrobat or Acrobat Pro, I was wondering if there were any other Mac based PDF applications that can accomplish the same task.

Again, apologies for not making myself entirely clear on my opening post.
