Retainer and tax?

Hi,
I work in digital marketing and have been asked to join an agency under a retainer agreement for three months.
The retainer monthly payment is £2500 but I am not sure how much tax I would pay? Is it the same as PAYE? I have a limited company set up from the last time I worked as a contractor.
