Software freelancing, what license do you use?

    Hello everybody.

    I would like to know what license you use for yours software products for not be responsable of the results.

    For example, if I make a software product for an enterprise, and the next year that product make them lose money because my software didn´t work properly and then the enterprise want ask me the money, how I´d deal with that?

    Hello Antonio,

    It may be worth getting legal advice on this matter so you are protected. There may be some kind of insurance that could take out. You can check out our business insurance section.

    No you don’t! Of course, it would add to the overall trust in your abilities if you’d add the certificate to your profile. But you can engage without license also, similar to thousands of others.
