Upwork rating will it get affected is i got a full time project and i minimize my work on Upwork

I am a freelancer on Upwork and i have this rating (Top rated + 98% + 2200 hours for more than a year)



I work approximately 30 hours a week. now i got a full time job for a one year project outside Upwork. so I think if I take this full time one year job, my involvement in upwork will be reduced from 30 hours per week to 5-8 hours a week, and of course my income will be reduced.

so will this affect my rating and job success score? if the answer is Yes, how i can manage this?

Second question, is there a way in Upwork to pause my profile for one year and return back after that while maintaining the same Job success rating ?
