I'm after some help or either pointed in the right direction. I'm looking to set up a pennybid auction website like MadBid.com. or bidyell.co.uk. Basically a auction website that goes up by 1p per bid and the auction is on a timer. If the timer runs out you win the auction if someone else bids the timer restarts. I've been looking into the software required and I am wondering if there is anyone who could help with the set up and design of my page.I have no experience in web design. I'm willing to pay for any sort of help. Programs like that are pretty much upload it, install and then configure it to how you like it. But an auction program would be very complex to edit if you dont like the orginal layout, it might be easier if it has a template system but still a lot of work.
