Yes, you are right the HTTPS websites are more secure even if compared with HTTP ones with respect to data transfer between the user and the server on which the website is hosted. To enable HTTPS access to a website, the website should have a TLS certification enabled.

To be sure, better search in google so that you will find more information about every site. According to my opinion, the best ones are WordPress and HTTPS, but I use more WordPress. Plus, it is perfect for creating a website, even for beginners. There many WordPress tips out there, which are free and very helpful for everyone. In the beginning, I relied the most on them and I can say that they are very detailed, so everyone could understand. I hope I provided good and useful information, and that I helped you.

SSL creates a protected connection between two machines or computers that are connected to the internet or a private network. When SSL is used to protect internet communication, the address of a website is changed from HTTP to HTTPS. The ‘S' standing for ‘secure.' SSL encrypts all data sent between the server and the browser during a user's interaction with your site. Both Joomla and WordPress have stable core applications. Each platform also includes third-party plugins or extensions for added protection and simple in-dashboard update systems to keep everything current.

Exactly! Very essential this explanation with the transfer from HTTP to HTTPS!! I know that nowadays easy constructors like wiz are super popular. But I am wondering if people are aware bout the SEO importance, and the importance of the constructor you use for SEO. There are several which provide this SSL encryption and I recommend to all the beginners to pay attention to this factor, as such websites usually have higher ranking. Btw, has any of you observed how works the organic traffic on websites made on wix and websites made on WordPress or other HTTPs? My metrics actually show more organic traffic on HTTPs encoded.

A URL is secure if spelled correctly, uses a secure protocol, and has a security indicator as a padlock. Although HTTPS is not synonymous with security, it is still worth checking these three factors from the beginning when you want to figure out the security of a site. These factors should be checked for every site you visit, especially if you are on a bank website or entering sensitive information in online stores. You can say that about an interesting blog for dark news. Be careful, and don't go to suspicious sites.

"Which website is secure" is a broad question - not sure what you mean by that. HTTPS is surely a secure protocol as people have mentioned here. Then some have also mentioned some backend options like WordPress and Joomla that are semi-secure. Surely more secure than low-quality self-written or not anymore maintained open-source projects. They are both super popular PHP based and once in a while hacked in. Want to have something enterprise-level secure, then Hasura or if simple CMS is needed then Directus (also a pretty secure API unless you set your API key "123"). They both have super advanced roles and permissions management. Feel free to contact me if you want a free consultation or chat about tech stack

When it comes to security goals, it's important to consider several factors, including the nature of your security needs and the specific context in which you need security. Here are some recommendations for websites that are known for their security focus. Signal (https://signal.org/) is a highly rated messaging application known for its strong end-to-end encryption and privacy features. It is often recommended for secure and private communication. ProtonMail (https://protonmail.com/) is an encrypted email service that provides end-to-end encryption of messages and has built-in security features such as self-destruction of messages and two-factor authentication. Security is not just about these websites. If I need to secure my crypto for example, I will contact https://deeplab.com/crypto/do-kwon-the-founder-of-terra-300-million-vanishes-into-bitcoin-abyss for more information.
