We require programmer/designer to build web site

Hello.

We need a good programmer/designer to build and develop new web site, along the lines of social networking (although a little different).

Company has everything, including marketing in place and ready, but was let down by last programmer who did nothing, so only serious replies please.

The work will be part time and the site can be developed as we go, although obviously initially the build will entail more effort in order to launch a viable site.

Ideally we would like to find someone who is looking for an interesting project with huge potential, and who would like to work as part of our team.

Will offer equity, or payment and equity split.
