i have just finished redesigning my website and I would appreciate some feedback about the design.

I have used Xhtml PHP CSS and Ajax to design the site. Also the entire design is tableless.

I am constantly trying to batter my website design skills and also keep my own site fresh. Used to go for the corporate look but im not a corporate kinda guy so it wasnt realy me .. this design is more .. my style

i like the design but i think its a bit dark. otherwise it is very well designed and put together.

very simple but effective design, keep it up, also dont try to insert lots of text, bcoz the user doesn't read a lot when they first see the site, so make it impressive including typography,

I like the site, easy nav and plush page styling.
As a bit of criticism though maybe some of the examples you put on are not as well designed as your main site. Possibly only select your best work or make it easier to get to.

Just wondered if you could give any tips or recommend any tutorials for the domain name checker. Have been wanting to put one on my site for a while now but can't find any online tutorials.

You have used white-space effectively, and your attention map is good, but be careful not to put in large pictures or graphics that will draw attention away from links to your portfolio or contact details.

I like the content. A user may not read all the content on the page (I didn't ;D) but appropriate content will help with your pagerank.

I'm not about all the reasons for this, you'll have to go through your mark-up, but when it does validate properly, add a referer link at the bottom of the page, as in my homepage. Nick Pyett ~ Freelance Web Designer . Also, check your CSS validates, too.
