What to make your First Website?

Hello. I require a young talented minded individual who is keen to take on a project which will last a long time. To start off I require a very basic website and it will expand in the future in stages.

If you are interested in taking on this project let me know. Regarding how much I will pay. Well becuase its starting off small the pay is minimal but the peron will be paid in stages as the website exapands to I require someone who will stay on the project for arounnd 6/8 months. This is not to say that its 24/7. You can tke on other projects but when I require the website to be changed/expanded then I will ask you to do it. So we would have a long term business relationship. The website is to be done in flash at first with minimal info/data.
